Brighton Wheel Terms & Conditions
All persons purchasing tickets and entering on to the premisses and riding the
Brighton Observation Wheel do so by agreeing to these terms and conditions:

1. GENERAL

1.1 Admission to the Brighton Wheel - Boarding gates close 15 minutes prior
to the last voyage of the day.

1.2 All tickets and bookings are non-refundable.

1.3 The Brighton Wheel accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage
made to to persons or property brought onto the Wheel or platform.

1.4 We reserve the right to close the Brighton Wheel, with or without prior
notice, in the event of extreme weather conditions or for maintenance works.
In the event of such closures, visitors will be offered an extended date for
admission to use on another day. The Brighton Wheel cannot be held
responsible or give any compensation for any inconvenience caused.

1.5 Occasionally, the Brighton Wheel, or other authorised parties, may carry
out photography or filming on or near the Brighton Wheel, which may feature
visitors. These images may be used in any marketing or promotional material
- the copyright for this material is owned by the Brighton Wheel or by the
authorised party.

1.6 Call Monitoring and Recording: As part of our continuing effort to ensure
you receive the highest service standards, we may monitor and record your
call for training purposes.

1.7 Changes and cancellation by us: Occasionally, we have to make changes
to and correct errors on web sites / brochures and other details both before
and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed bookings and
we reserve the right to do so.

2. CODE OF BEHAVIOR

2.1 No food or drink may be consumed on the boarding platform or in the
capsules, unless permitted by the management.

2.2 Children under the age of 12 years must be supervised by a parent or
guardian at all times. Children in the VIP capsule or lounge under the age of
18 cannot be served alcohol.

2.3 The Brighton Wheel reserves the right to refuse entry to the Wheel or to
remove any person who is likely to affect safety or enjoyment of others or
appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

2.4 Visitors must stay within the queuing areas and must comply to any
instructions given by customer service assistants.

2.5 All visitors must purchase a ticket before boarding the Brighton Wheel
including a standard ticket or private capsule hire. Tickets must be kept at all
times and may be inspected at any time by the Brighton Wheel management.
Any visitor trying to gain admission without a valid ticket will be asked to
leave the premises of the Brighton Wheel.

2.6. No animals or pets are permitted on the Brighton Wheel or the platform  only fully registered assistance dogs in a harness are permited (proof of registration  may be requested).

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY

3.1 No offensive or dangerous weapons are permitted on the Brighton Wheel
or platform, such as, glass bottles, fireworks, and any other dangerous
articles that we may perceive to be dangerous and cause injury. The Brighton
Wheel has the right to search any visitor belongings at anytime if they are
suspicious of what they may be carrying.

3.2 No Smoking is permitted on the Brighton Wheel or its premises.

3.3 The Brighton Wheel or its employees shall not be held responsible for any
distress caused during the course of any voyage and/or during evacuation
from the Wheel in the event of a breakdown or emergency.

4. TICKETING

4.1 Tickets can be purchased individually or a private capsule can be hired.
Private hire capsule max 6 Adults and 2 Children.
VIP hire capsule max 4 Adults. 4.2 Tickets can only be used once. Once validated at the Wheel entrance the  ticket will be void. All tickets will be retained by our gate staff.   4.3 Standart tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and no time slot is required. 4.3 VIP tickets are valid for the date and time selected and must be redeemed  at this time.
4.4 All tickets and bookings are non-refundable. Any customer that wishes to change the date of a booking must contact the
Brighton Wheel who shall attempt to accommodate the alternative date.

4.5 Tickets can be purchased online at, www.BrightonWheel.com - Tickets
booked online will be subject to availability and may only be in limited
quantities.

4.6 Any tickets (including joint tickets) purchased for the Brighton Wheel from
another attraction or company is purchased in accordance with these terms
and conditions and the Brighton Wheel shall not be held responsible or liable
for any loss or damage to persons or property in connection with or as a
consequence at the third party attraction/companies premisses.

4.7 The Brighton Wheel cannot guarantee that you will be able to travel in the
same capsule and during busy periods you may be asked to share a capsule,
unless you have hired a private or VIP capsule.

4.8 Customers who have purchased a VIP voyage including VIP Champagne
or Festive Experience are able to gain express access to our the VIP lounge
without queuing and are advised to arrive 30 minutes prior to their booked
time. Late arrivals after booked time will not be admitted, except at the
discretion of the Brighton Wheel management.

4.9 When a ticket is purchased online you must print and bring a copy of your
confirmation email with you. Ticket will not be valid without this.

4.10 We do not accept ticket confirmation shown from mobile devices.

5. Schools and Group Bookings

5.1 Payment is required in full 7 days prior to your visit. The Brighton Wheel accepts cash and cheques (in sterling), and BACs, Credit Card Bookings can be taken over the telephone.


5.2 Notice of cancellations must be received in writing from the school/group organiser no later than 7 days prior to the visit date. Booking cancellations received within 7 days or less of the visit will be subject to 100% cancellation charges.

PLACE OF LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with English Law.
